Kalvi Maram Foundation’s 'Nalamudan Namadhu Palli' (நலமுடன் நமது பள்ளி) initiative ensures government school health by installing and managing RO water purifiers, monthly toilet cleaning supplies, and hygiene education for students. From an initial pilot in 3 schools, we have now expanded to 15 government schools (2025-26), ensuring every child learns with dignity.
We have installed and maintain RO water purifiers across 15 government schools, providing 2,475 students with consistent access to safe, clean drinking water.
We provides monthly toilet cleaning supplies to selected rural government schools in Tamil Nadu to ensure proper hygiene and reduce health risks among students.
Awareness events are held alongside tree planting drives, such as campaigns against plastic use and promoting eco-friendly alternatives.
We provide free training and guidance for government exams, with a concentration on TNPSC exams.
Students who have access to safe drinking water have greater clarity and focus, allowing them to think and absorb lessons more quickly while improving their concentration levels. To ensure safety in storage and handling, a drinking water dispenser system should be installed.
Students in government schools are more likely to be diagnosed with infections of the urinary tract, bladder, and kidney, as well as failure to maintain toilet hygiene at school.
Kalvi Maram Foundation promotes tree planting in government school campuses, aiming to foster environmental awareness and biodiversity among students. By involving children in planting and caring for trees, the foundation creates green spaces that improve air quality, and instill ecological responsibility.
